Based on the specifications that Dexter gave me for your axle, your axle is a 3,500 lbs torsion axle. We do not carry torsion axles, so the best upgrade for your trailer would be an axle-less suspension system. What's great about the Lippert Jack-It part # LC429756 is that you can actually adapt it to fit a hitch instead with the part # LC723359 so that it would cover both of your needs easily and reasonably. I think this is your best option overall as it doesn't require additional adapters and a more expensive bike rack as well.

From what I could find it looks like your 2015 Aliner Evolution camper is 22' long. If this is the box itself then you need the Adco SFS AquaShed RV Cover for Hi-Lo Travel Trailers # 290-12252 but if that 22' length includes the trailer tongue then your box is likely closer to the 18' length that the Cover # 290-12295 fits instead.

I believe the 2021 Aliner Expedition Camper has a 2" by 4" bumper. Providing your bumper can support the attachment and weight, I highly recommend an RV Bumper Hitch, # C19101. This is a very cost effective way of adding a hitch to a small camper for attachments such as bike racks or cargo carrier, # e98874. This has a maximum tongue weight of up to a full 350 lbs.
